Joy is not made to be a crumb (with surprise inside)

Joy is not made to be a crumb (with surprise inside)

Hello lovelies-

I have this quote at my easel. It is a reminder to me that I will not miss the enormous blessing of this day otherwise it might be swallowed up by my “to do” list…I must be careful.  It helps me set my intention for the day and how I want to feel as I am creating:

"If you suddenly and unexpectedly feel joy,
don't hesitate. Give into it.
There are plenty of lives and whole towns destroyed or about to be. We are not wise, and not very often kind. And much can never be redeemed.
Still life has some possibility left. Perhaps this is its way of fighting back, that sometimes something happened better than all the riches or power in the world.
It could be anything, but very likely you notice it in the instant when love begins. That's often the case. Whatever it is, don't be afraid of its plenty.
Joy is not made to be a crumb."  -Mary Oliver
May that be my battle cry each and every day anew…
JOY IS NOT MADE TO BE A CRUMB! I will not play small in the face of inconveniences, worry, or worst...boredom.  I will call in the abundance available to our hearts. I want to bring that love and joy to both my work and my life.

I am grateful everyday for you. You who support my work and follow me on this journey as an artist.  I am honored that you invite a piece of me into your home.  I am so excited to share what I've been working on in my little Phoenix studio these past few months.  I have SIX different releases planned in September, October and November with plenty of gift giving options included. You will find the perfect earrings for holiday parties, special ornaments to elevate your tree and to gift your besties. You might even find the perfect painting for “that” wall, finishing the room just in time for Thanksgiving.

As a thank you for being here, I have a gift for you! HERE ARE TWO **FREE ** WALLPAPERS for your phone! Save both images to your phone if you like, then set as your new screensaver or wallpaper.

Here’s to the good things still to come in 2022 and allowing joy to be more than a crumb. Mine comes in big dreams, big love, making memories on ordinary days and lots and lots of paint. ✌🏼
