PALETTE CROSS #4

This distinctive new series presents an iconic form created entirely through a process of transformation and renewal. Each of my crosses are a unique composition, built from paint skins—the colorful, dried remnants peeled from my used palettes.

This signature technique turns the discarded into the essential, giving new life to materials that would otherwise be lost. Every vibrant shard carries the history and color of a past artwork, layered and reassembled to create a profound textural mosaic.

The entire series is underpinned by the intention inherent in the work itself: "Where every broken piece is gathered and made whole again."

Set against a highly textured, pure white background, these 8” x 10” canvases use sharp contrast to emphasize the incredible depth and history contained within the color layers. This work is a tangible meditation on enduring meaning and the beauty found in reassembling life’s fragments, evolving from the artist’s established 'Heart' series into this bold, new form.
